As positive as my hopes are for the Z1 to be a resounding success (love Z, so wish sony to carry on the good work), it feels odd and kind of infuriating to see the new model in the line being released with gap of some seven months. Z was released in early feb and this one is for late sept. I get that there is a big race for everyone to stay up to date, but 12 months should be the standard. I think sony should now stick to Sep release for there flagship. This will mean they will usually launch with the next gen chip which competition uses in there flagship(Sammy and HTC) and also give them 6 months of free run.
