Looks like 10-15k good options are moto G & xiaomi mi3. But isnt moto G on its way out? What are the options in 15-20k good options? (Is iphone 4s any good now in this price bracket?) There is this HTC Desire 516 that you can check out but I haven't used it personally, on paper it looks like a phone to buy under 15k range if you can adjust with non-HD screen. That is the only choice you have as far as I can see. MI3 is very hard to get, it gets out of stock in few minutes, you can't really count on it.
