PhantomShade Posted October 13, 2015 Report Share Posted October 13, 2015 (edited) i have a weird problem on my phone,i can't connect to Idea network on WCDMA(aka 3G) mode,GSM mode works fine when i go to "choose network" on WCDMA mode,i see networks of Airtel,Vodafone,Reliance and Dolphin(lol),around 3 weeks ago i used to get "Idea" as one of the networks in WCDMA mode, but one day it seemed to have no service on the "Idea" network,and the "idea" network completely vanished from the networks list on WCDMA mode the next day.At first i thought this an issue related to my area but i have checked in Vashi and other areas in Kharghar,even in Bombay but "Idea" network under WCDMA doesnt pop up anywhere.Is my SIM cloned? i heard a cloned SIMs cant stay active on the same network as the original one Im currently using "IDEA" network in GSM mode,but that just gives 2g speeds T_T,im using a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2,its not rooted or modified in anyway Edited October 13, 2015 by PhantomShade Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Â Please suggest....should i buy iphone 4s and all for her... i once saw it was going for Rs 10k on amazon. Â Â THat MI4 is also good i believe....but i think buying a iphone is better i guess.....not sure though if iphone 4s supports whatsapp and all? ...my iphone 3g never use...the apple people stop services for old phones really fast i believe. Just saying.  ASUS Zenfone 2 LASER is good but the Zen UI is pretty eh! in my opinion.  Would rather recommend a Microsoft Lumia 535 or above for a senior person, the UI is much more friendlier and consistent. Only catch is application support and upgrade to Windows 10. wife got the mi4i today, and the phone is really nice. I did all the apps update, downloaded apps, updated the firmware and phone hardly heated. I would not mind using this phone as my daily driver too. I am extremely tempted to go with mi5 as my next phone.As I said countless times, the heating problems are overblown. My nexus 4 used to heat up way more than mi4i with similar usage.
