Itna mature ki ek file explorer aane main 10 saal lag gaye.

Does IOS have a proper file explorer yet? Like every folder is accessible and can copy/paste, keep downloads in one place? Or it's still restricted?

Restricted, expected too. CAnt see anything in my files app for now. Surely this is done to avoid tinkering, and jailbreaking. Apple hates this two things lol ?

It's pretty decent. You can look at files in most apps, copy, unzip etc. All regular functions are present (including cloud sync), and it's nifty.

You can't see root data or system level folders though (Android allows this).

Lol ??

iOS 14 is pretty much what should have came in iOS 8. Shortcuts & Automation is neat and the candy bar design on the 12 is really well done

It's a good system now tbh. Most of their new features are cutting edge (DV recording for example), their silicon is miles ahead of competition, and they do update their hardware for long.

The widgets are also neat.

iPadOS's scribble is just at an different level, unmatched.

It's ready for more prime time Android users who don't want to tinker or root or do custom ROMs.

Honestly, it's Pixel or iPhone for me. I don't think any other maker offers a better harmonious experience.

Yes, and I have experienced this. My brother's pixel 2 is smoother than my s10e inspite being an older phone. I used pixel 2xl and I dunno if it's just me or the touch on pixel feels lot smoother compared to other brands. The sole reason I ditched iPhone after 5s was very little to tinker around and had to jailbreak to get most out it. But jailbreaking means loosing access to banking apps. And the more Ios14 videos I'm seeing at it looks there is much more that can be done if you take your time .

Bro I used s10e for 2 years. One UI is great, but the battery life sucks *** , and phones lags when there are too many apps open around . Might be because they use exyonys in our market . One thing I notice with Android that if you are a heavy user then 2+ years and phones starts giving you troubles. Like it takes 8 seconds to search the calculator app using search lol ?

Exactly my point.

Specs are not so important when the OS has been optimized. Apple does it beautifully with iOS/iPadOS. Google did a great job with P2XL. I think P3 and P4 had hardware issues, but the OS experience was unparalleled. I have tried OnePlus, Galaxy, Mi etc, but just couldn't get into any other experience except Pixel. Simple, optimized, unbloated.

Most brands sell on specs, few on experience, and fewer deliver the promised experience in reality.

Same have so far tried oneplus (Second best to samsung according to me back in the day ). The battery was great and os was clutter free too. But then they changed paths and i was done for good.

Also the sell on specs is spot on . My brother wants to upgrade to pixel 4a now and does not want any other android device. Its just so fluid.

Log nahi maante because no SD 888.

Unless one is heavily into mobile gaming or video editing, it's a great phone, smooth, zippy, with a pretty amazing camera. I love the screen size and the matte-ish screen.

I hope Google silicon is at par with this. Google is known to f**k up hardware from time to time.
