kunallkw Posted November 2, 2009 Report Share Posted November 2, 2009 the demo is over ... my vitamin deficient eyes could not see any glitches apart from the following, : 1) the menu says press = O to start ( since mine is a Japani console) , however it starts after pressing X 2) left analog stick does the evading thinggy which the right analog should be doing when i pull it side ways 3) frame rate dips at random parts of the game esp the real time rendered cutscenes shred it into pieces now Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Everything is epic , only con I didn't like the fixed camera , it would had been more epic if the camera was controller by the right analog stick. This was my first GOW gameplay on non handheld console , I can see why this games is so popular and a Gem which Sony has to sell their consoles single handedly. Only 2 main issues: 1. The right-stick roll was not responsive enough. Did anyone else also notice that? 2. The frame-rate is just too inconsistent. It already feels like its hampering the experience. BTW, one issue with the demo.. dunno whether they will do something about it in the final game.. when you take helios' head, the controller is supposed to rumble when you are near a secret.. But I was playing with a sixaxis, so no rumble.. but the pissing thing was that there was no alternate mechanism, I had to like carry his head to every corner before the secret was revealed.. Ragz is giving his to pushy and I'm to Glen , so contact them and ask them to give u the slot after they are finished accordingly. The combos are mind blowing , a league above Devil May Cry stuff , if the camera is given as a option on Right analog stick , we can see more of the gorgeous scenery , I wanted to check out the environment more , but couldn't due to fixed camera restriction. I just finished the download today and played it once just a few mins ago. The a/c from which we downloaded was shared between trusty members , then who changed it. I was thinking of giving my slot to Glen after playing it 2-3 times , but I haven't given it yet. Chk with Ragz and Rash as well.
