AtheK Posted November 5, 2009 Report Share Posted November 5, 2009 It isn't bad, but it doesn't have a free roam camera either; just three fixed angles with the ability to pan the camera only slightly. You can switch camera angles at any times. I can see many people being annoyed by it. But it does feel more cinematic.peace   Luckiliy i a not too pumped about the game, nor have been following it much....so i think that should help when istart playing it. That's just gratuitous violence. This is not a slasher film or gore fest. It's a video game. Graphics are jaw dropping - the light effects are just wow. If there is any improvement in performance or resource control, it just an added benefit. Â imo, Â Nope the decision of fixed cam is a technical decision , cinematic feel IS the added benifit. Â And no if the game is rendering in 3-D then it doesnt means u can have a free cam without any effect on performance. The game only renders whats in the camera,with full detail,this is why u have reduced graphical effect when playing splitscreen & require 4 xbox 360 when doing the 4 screen setup in Forza 2/3 , cause then the game has to render the game frm 2-4 diff perspective which can hav places far apart frm each other .Dynamic cam also means u can get upclose or PAN towards whatever u like. things like AF & Texture filtering & such are no issues with fixed cam since there is only ONE way how a scene looks.
