Also it is really good DI is coming, it will help you oil your fingers and if the game actually turns out to be good(seems very very promising) it just makes the deal sweeter. I get your point why my proclamation may seem illogical to many, it puzzles me a but too but why i think i am more hyped for DI is- -DI is a new IP. -I have purposely avoided all gow3 media and not played the demo to keep me fresh, so in a way am oblivious regarding the game. -The concept of hell in DI fascinates me a bit more than killing gods (which how ever awesome will not be something radically different from gow 1 and 2, keep in mind i am talking regarding the concept originality) More over, i made those comments you quoted at a time when i was in a not so good mood after seeing pages after pages worth of posts where idiotic users all over various gaming forums were dissing Darksiders and Dante's inferno as just being cheap rip offs of God of war. I know both of them borrow heavily from gow3 and most likely gow3 will BE a better and more polished game amongst all 3 but i hate it when fanboys consider gow to be a pioneer of such games and trash all other titles for that and THAT reason alone. Sure GOW did evolve the genre big time and i love it for that, i just hate the fanboys and some how that cranky mood got me caught up to channel out the stuff here. anyway, hope ya'll understand that my having more hype for DI is just a personal opinion and dont make a big deal about it.
