they used a lot of maya and zbrush

they started making god of war 3 3 years ago

each titan took 1 and a half year to make, divided into a lot of departments

god of war 3 engine doesn't have a name, it's just .. the engine

they didn't maxed out the ps3 with that.

he personally would like to see god of war 3 in 3D.

U name me more than 3 SP only games that r epic with story below 5-8 or even 10 hrs( No multiplayer/Co-Op)

MGS1, MGS2, GoW1, GoW2, RE all except 4, Silent hill 1,2, Ico, to name a few.

 

Agreed with KC, for eg IW could've easily made MW2 8-9 hours long, just add few room clearing mission like CoD3, few breach n clear's for an hour, couple of tank driving snorfests like CoD5 and you're done. That could've shut up a lot of naysayers, but instead they delivered an SP campaign that doesn't have a single dull moment. Thats why when you finish it, you immediately want to start over again on higher difficulty.

Sir Stig Genius Asmussen also revealed to HipHopGamer that during the games play testing,one gamer was able to clock GOW3 in 13hours(now that i s a second playthrough time) and the first play through time fr another player was 20hours,well personally i think its going to take more than 30 hours and 240 deaths to complete GOW3 on titan mode to get platinum

So , i downloaded the demo and played till kratos gets into the steam vent . I die everytime here as have to get used to the flying and moving away from the stones. Is there anymore gameplay left once kratos gets out of the vent?
