TAG Posted March 21, 2010 Report Share Posted March 21, 2010 Can someone, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, tell me a workable strategy against the Cerebrus + Suicide dogs + Satyr fight? I keep throwing those dogs back but its not enough. Also tried using the Medusa freeze on the Satyrs but it misses sometimes and not a very feasible strategy given how much magic it consumes. Karooo Posted March 21, 2010 Report Share Posted March 21, 2010 (edited) lol I just beat that in titan mode, use blades of chaos triangle+ triangle + triangle on the cerberus, rip of the head then once the satyr appears go rage mode and hack it till you rip of another head then spam magic and rip of the third as well, just O grab the satyrs and kill them that's all. I think got through this segment on my first playthrough by pure luck. it's quite easy..just requires a bit of patience. keep on kicking the dogs. u gotta move a lot and if you find yourself cornered double jump and flick the right stick for the hermes' evade thingy. now once the satyrs show up, either grab them and then ul be put into a tug of war and ull hit them bad, or use the L1 + O to hit them down. also.. keep the blades of exile equipped and get 2 or three hits on the big pregnant dog every now and then so your rage of sparta meter fills up. two reasons for using the blades.. the evade on them is much better and the spartan army is the best magic in this sequence. activate the rage of sparta when the meter is adequately filled and just attack the dog. once the dog is gone keep on using the L1 + O or just the circle to grab the satyrs into a tug of war, who by now would've anyway been softened a bit by spartan army. like i said.. patience Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Equipped the cestus and started whaling on the cerebrus. Used the block counter where I could manage. That got rid of the first head. Hit the satyr with a gorgon soul and dispatched it. Again the cestus for the second head. Went all out with the rage of the titans + spartan army magic to dispatch off the third head quickly. Piece of cake after that.
