Uncharted 4: A Thief's End

You think that 7770 in Xbone is capable of something like FH2 at 1080p/30fps locked? Its a sh*t tier card that people put in their HTPCs. Its the magic of custom hardware and dev tools specifically designed for that hardware that cut the middleware like DirectX and OpenCL and lets you almost directly code in machine language (exaggeration I know). Plus ND basically writes the dev tools for PS hardware that everyone else uses as a base, same reason why EPIC's own games look better than rest of the guys using Unreal engine.

UC2 and 3 cutscenes were also in-engine but not running in real time.. Pretty sure same case is with UC4....

Yeah everybody knows that by now. I'm talking about people who continue to ask whether its CG or in-engine.

I'd disagree on this. BioShock Infinite's visuals alone trump anything that EPIC games have brought out till now, including their flagship Gears of War series.

"captured directly from ps4"

such bs

no way those facial shots are going to look remotely close to when it releases..

Looks great.. wish they had shown more.

In engine trailer. The final game will be pretty close. There will be obvious concessions in terms of effect-works, anti-aliasing and post processing but overall will be a stunner hands down.

UC3 comes to mind. Between E3 and the final release many things changed vis-à-vis the graphical fidelity but still the game looked great.

They are targeting 60 fps too, which sounds impossible with those graphics.

A higher framerate I'm all for, but I'm quite skeptical they will manage to hit it. A solid 1080p30 sounds more realistic.

Lets see how close to the mark the manage to hit near release, they've got another year and we haven't really seen the game being played

Put that hardware to test with set pieces like we've seen in previous Uncharted games at the that level of detail, and I really don't think they can avoid any hitching.
