Driving sections were boring and added nothing to the game.

Can I play the single player mode without game breaking bugs by not downloading the huge 5 gb patch ? I am not interested in the multiplayer and from what I have heard it's mainly related to Mp.

I have no complaints with any part of the game... but i can see it would have helped if the madagascar driving stuff was left out.. for me it worked but am sure most found it pace breaking..

Actually, I liked driving part. The only complaint is too much of platforming towards the end which I think was not required. And, the attempt to create thrill(path breaks, someone helps etc,) actually became boring.

Firefights were action packed and required some skills but driving was pointless..You were doing nothing except driving and talking...

Ya that path breaking and ledge breaking was awesome in UC2, but as you said overdone here. Also I think they gave away too much before the release, Sam and nate talking bout things, the jungle fight, Madagascar drive and fight, street fight followed by truck chase, Elena confronting them in hotel, not sure why ND had to keep releasing all that content.

Review Scores are meaningless..It's not necessary that 7/10 games are always bad and 9/10 are always good :P

I completed everything in that game. I loved it...I was blown away by gameplay options that game offered for every mission..Constantly awarding you with cool gadgets and upgrades lol. This is why games like Destiny and Diablo are so successful...Loot lust always works :P

Yeah, Its gameplay is fantastic, Arguably, the best TPS(in terms of gameplay) out there. But in other aspects, it fails real hard.

Looks like you are fan of driving in action games.

Most of use loved the banter between Nate and the others. Also, going off route to explore and to find hidden treasures was quite fun.

I mean, they had to promote the game via something. We always had the choice to not watch the content. Movie trailers have the same issue in this regard.

The point is this is ND, they are already well established with a huge fan base, not sure why did they have to be so insecure. A couple of 1 min trailer and maybe one gameplay of 5 mins shoukd have been enough. Too much given away.

I agree we have the choice but then again too tough to hold back, same goes for movie trailers and same complaint stands for that too.

There's going to be a huge backlash on this game in the coming weeks/months. When people will start reflecting back on it, a lot of flaws and annoyances are going to prop up.

Some sections are lot of fun with active modifiers...Recorded a footage of E3 demo level but in my style :P

Super human Drake in action :D

Also one thing I noticed while playing this part again with different outfit is that Drake's T-shirt is all white and clean.Dirt is not showing up :/

Looks like dirt effects are not dynamic and it only shows up with default story outfit?.

That happens with every game..No game is perfect.

Please don't read if you haven't finished the game :)

I found the ending a bit disappointing. I mean, that fight with Rafe. It felt quite pointless. And I was furious about how we couldn't kick Nadine's a*s. I respect the fact that she didn't let greed cloud her judgement and left with what she could get. But, the buildup they were doing with her, and then towards the end it's like, yea whatever im leaving was a let down.

Overall though, I felt the game was pretty good. I'm not even talking about the way it looks, coz we all know what an absolute phenomenal job ND does. BUT DAT END. T__T

Personally, I really liked that character more than anyone. It actually made the game more interesting.

It was made very clear that she is not after the money. Towards the end, she saw that Rafe is only selfish about the treasure and it wouldn't matter to him if she dies. Nathan, well it was nothing personal with him. She just wanted to beat a person(call it an ego clash or sense of self-fulfillment) she had heard so much about, in whatever way she can. In the end, the ship was sinking and there was no point for her to fight anyone. It was actually smart to lock them in a room and let fate decide their destiny.

Hmm. Interesting. BUT STILL. xD

I will agree. Nadine was one of the best parts of the game. I've always loved how ND writes out their women characters. Elena and Chloe are pretty amazing too. Although Chloe reminds of Yen.
