Also the way his clothes became mudded when he slided through mud

 

And the explosion effects were great too. Also the foliage, every blade of grass responded to the movements. Never seen such detailed foliage in a video game, EVER. Not even Crysis 3 has this much foliage on max settings.

 

And then the gameplay, you can do this

Watched the demo on YT (1080p). Looks amazing! And this is pre-alpha footage.

Watching that video in full screen and trying to spot jaggies since you generally get a f**kton in heavy foliage area....can't find any. This is probably the cleanest IQ on consoles since Infamous SS. The last area after the firefight just looks batshit insane, I don't believe it for a second that they can get it to run at 60fps, but if they did then

looked incredible in the direct feet footage. tons of neat little details that the stream video will never show you. on top of that the whole animation blending system and other general animations is working seamlessly and flawlessly. big open area levels with the same cat and mouse game going on with the AI like it was in TLOU.

 

my only worry right now would be that i hope they dont set the whole game o that island/jungle
