RyuKeD Posted December 25, 2013 Report Share Posted December 25, 2013 Hi Guys, Is there anyone here who has successfully managed to get the following setup working: Headset: Astro A40's Capture Device: Elgato Game Capture HD Console: PS4 Now since we have the HDCP sh*t keeping us away from direct HDMI game capture at 1080p (which is hokum btw) we need some sort of an HDCP stripper. They say this is illegal but uhm I guess its an accepted evil because their products wouldn't be out there on YouTube if it weren't for these devices. So I have bought myself an HDMI splitter and it does rip away the HDCP protection but the quality is appalling. Keeping that aside, my problem is the audio won't work. The Ps3 had an option to Audio Out from both my headset and my display/HDMI or whatever it was. On the PS4 though I do not see the same settings and I am not sure if we can do this. I see people doing it but none of them have managed to pull it off with a headset in place. If anyone here has - do share. -Anup Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
