All DLC's (Day 1 stuff and beyond) can only be accessed through the cerebrus network. Effectively, anyone who buys a used game, will have to pay for getting access to the cerberus n/w (15$) and every time you get access to the network (code with new game OR purchasing the network code) you get all day 1 DLCs free with it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
