But can I get a laptop priced at say 40-45 k on which can play games such as these on decent settings?

Sony has some nice laptops in the 48-58 range, now with i5... and when I asked them if it'd run Crysis 3, they were sure that the laptop could handle such an old game.

Do not even attempt 50-60 in one day - it's crazy. The way to do it quickly is kill everything on foot on the highest difficulty level - Thresher Maws and Geth Armatures will eat you for breakfast.

Whats this talk about gaming pc?? A 1 year old card 9600GT can run it fine at 1280*720p if you connect it to your HDTV u will get almost the same experience although I totally hate playing now with mouse and keyboard after 1 year of console gaming :surprise:

My nearly 3 year old 8800GTX equipped rig still plays it pretty well.

Gonna try my new Deathadder mouse and Control mat with it soon. Besides, apart from this game you can play most stuff on a PC with a 360 controller connected to it.

WOW fantastic scores. No wonder it's the biggest game of this year. I am going to have to show a lot of patience and resistance because on 28th I'll have ME2 in my hands but I'll still be playing ME1 :surprise:

I am also getting the PC version for safety sake (just if I can't resist to play) but I want to play on 360 only.

Yup two playthroughs combined, with the second still in progress.

And from what I've been told, only complete playthroughs can be imported. So I'll only be able to import my first where I hit Lvl 46.

I have a dell studio 15 with a 512 mb card (dont remember which one exactly :threatenlumber: ). It runs PES 10 and ME 1 on medium textures settings nicely as long as the power cord is plugged in.

Getting my copy in 2 hours :P

and possibly a MW2 special edition Xbox 360

I started playing it yesterday night.Steam for the win.

Man this game is so epic, I loved ME1, but this is.... just mindblowing. Hell, mindblowing is an understatement. I am so in love with this game, I didnt sleep all night and didnt even attend my classes.

I think Im gonna go sleep for sometime.. I completely lost track of time and stayed up for nearly 12 hours playing this game. Wait for it guys, its an epic game of epic proportions.

Can someone explain to me why the level matters? Isn't it only the decisions you make in the first game that get carried forward to ME2?

peace

If you are level 50 or more in your ME1 save game, you get a boost to your money, XP and paragon / renegade stats in the beginning og your ME2 playthrough.
