Mass Effect 2

Insanity is downright frustrating at times. There are some battles that simply cannot be won, no matter what you do, unless you and your squad level up. The best advice I can give you is, save often so that you can reload and try out different tactics, but dont be reluctant to tuck tail and try other missions before returning to the one you get stuck on.

Not really. It just controls slightly better with the mouse.

I just bypassed the whole crap and gave myself the minerals with a savegame file edit. f**k that artificial padding, if I wanted to grind I would play JRPGs.

You just give in to the boredom and your mind is telling you that it's actually faster. It's slow and boring as hell. I just got the planetary chart and went to the planets with missions and rich minerals. Screw the exploration.

guys i give up.cant find ME1 anywhere.i even cant get it on our very own TP.

have no choice but to start ME2 i guess :( sucks!

cheers.

Do what i'm doing; skip playing the first game and WATCH IT instead.

Granted I played about 70% through when ME1 first released, and having no intention of going back to play it again (I could never stand the optional Mako missions + I don't want to spend hours more on it before I dig into ME2), I chose to look up the storyline on YouTube and found something better... people have posted the entire playthrough (minus the running around + battles) in an easy to watch, sequential manner.

Of all the people who have done this, I found this to be the best - video quality isn't the greatest but 1. it has subtitles, 2. his version of Shepherd is pretty default (doesn't look like a total douche).

Here you go; start from Part 1 and enjoy (unless you're already playing through the first one). A great way to catch up to the story in a couple of hours:

Please don't do a youtube run of Mass Effect - this is not some point and click adventure game. ME has to be experienced first hand, some of the moments are poor awesome.
