You cannot get surround sound via usb port, it has to be connected via digital optical port on ps3. I am not 100% sure, I don't think u can get any kind of audio via usb port from the ps3. Most of their catalogue is re-branded Chinese maal and their customer-care / support is not technically qualified to give you any details, I highly doubt these would even manage to best a good Stereo headset from LOGITECH, Corsair or Sennheiser which you will get for a slight premium. _Krypton_ Posted February 14, 2014 Report Share Posted February 14, 2014 Get any headsets to work with the Ps3/Ps4 I found that Plantronics Gamescom 780 (80 USD) & Razer Kraken 7.1 (100 USD) are the most widely used mid ranged headsets by PC gamers .
