Genes do carry intelligence and other traits from generation to generation. So black people having lower IQ might be a result of both their socioeconomic conditions AND their genes. Seems viable to me. NO! As nemo gave hint about oscar winning movie last year. Its these factors and NOT genes. Again like nemo said, you put 10 graduate blacks and 10 uneducated whites. You have to pick people from a largely similar socio economic conditions, make sure their parents are of a similar nature and their growth has been largely the same.
