joken732a
Just because Far Cry 3 has shooting mechanics, doesn't make it FPS shooter lol. Battlefield, CoD, CS are FPS. Far Cry is FPP action game. (Games description page, gamespot page, ign page says so and even reviews says the game FPS shooter) South Park is not developed by Ubilol. Obsidian made it. (We are talking here what ubi published in recent years) "NFS is not like old MW or UG. I'll simply point of that AC is not like AC2" (Play ACBF) Fanboy of EA? LOL. (You don't have to say anything on that ) Edited August 9, 2014 by joken732a

CarbonCore
EA has more dead and buried franchises and studios in its backyard than any other publisher (even Acti), and one more is on its way. I guess that's one achievement. Plus it takes balls of steel to release last year's FIFA with updated kits as new full priced game on some platforms. I don't like Ubi for their downgradathon and that shitty PC client, but when it comes to scumminess, EA is not even in the same Solar system Also, BF4 is the biggest piece of trash I had ever purchased for PS4. I wish I had purchased disk copy instead of digital so I could have the satisfaction of breaking the disk, throwing it in toilet bowl, pissing in it and then flush it. DICE can choke on that IP and die like other EA studios for all I care. Or maybe stick to making PC only BF games, lets see how long it can last as a PC exclusive. hussain
To be honest. .. Both companies are assholes in their own way ... none of them actually care about gamers and you shouldnt expect them to either ... they are in the bussiness to make money not be our friends. Abdulah
Lets try Ank's way of judging company According to Metacritic For EA Score distribution for games positive- 402 mixed - 418 negative - 37 No of games with 90+ score - 32 For Ubisoft Positive - 325 mixed - 475 negative - 116 No of game with 90+ score -26 But who cares , these are just number just like resolution and frames are just number. Both are bad companies but what i hate most about Ubisoft is lack to communication with customers . After delaying WD for 6-7 month , they launched a massive degraded game . And even after 3 month of release , they just release two tiny 30 mb patch that solves nothing . Is this the best they can do ? 1200 employee and you take months just to deliver few mb patch ? Even sniper elite dev release patch more quickly to solve bugs . And i am not just talking about graphical downgrade . they have to fix crashes , bug , uplay unsyncronized problem , stuttering , save game deletion , hackers etc . Same was the case with Conviction , AC3 , Black flag and other ubisoft title . Bf4 was also launched with so many issues , but the communication was good and they regularly posted what they are going to fix in their next update . Origin is improving unlike Uplay , and you get to play free games for a week .

Sach4life
EA did better because they had to. WD was NOT unplayable. It worked totally fine. BF4 was unplayable at launch. There is a huge difference between the two. UBISOFT didn't release a broken and largly unplayable game. Sach4life
Saying that they released a stable game is stretching the definition. I never said that it was perfectly fine. But to say that both BF4 and WD were similar at launch is also totally wrong. Downgrade was there in terms of what they showed 2 years back. But that doesn't mean it was unplayable. It stuttered for some, yes but it was never a mess or unplayable.
CarbonCore
BF4 was unplayable at launch. lol forget about launch, BF4 was unplayable for good 6 months on PS4 despite multiple gigabyte patches. The only thing that worked was in-game store so you could buy Premium pass. No wonder the game sold 1/3rd of BF3 despite releasing on more platforms. When a game requires you to log-in to an 'always online' client to play the single player and your servers keep crashing causing people to be incapable of logging in to the same. Yeah! It is PHAIL no matter what you are comparing it to.
LeonardoInventions
EA did better because they had to. WD was NOT unplayable. . You're making it look like its a one-off scenario. Ubisoft support after release has been utter shite since AGES, you can literally ever forget any kind of patch/fix etc for most of their games. A point Abdulah made very well. Yeah! It is PHAIL no matter what you are comparing it to.I don't know which game you are talking about, but it never happened to me with WD. Not even once. I played it for 35-40 hours at launch. Maybe it happened with some, but it wasn't as common or widespread as it was with BF4.

Point was that EA's support is infinitely better than Ubicrap which you put down only because of their desperation to fix battlefield alone. Point in bold is a subjective opinion which doesn't need to be put out as a fact. Different people different tastes. I can very easily say that Dragon Age Inquisition is a 100 times better than anything Ubi is putting forward bar FC4 too. EA and UBISOFT are equally incompetent, inept and moronic. Neither company has a monopoly and I do not even understand that people are willing to take sides in defence of them. I can very easily say that Dragon Age Inquisition is a 100 times better than anything Ubi is putting forward bar FC4 too. I was talking about the quality in terms of general reception among the community. Their games have been well received and better by both the critics and gaming community in general in the past 2-3 years. That is not a subjective opinion. You can say anything about dragon age if you want. At least let it come first. And ubisoft never released a broken game like bf4 across all platforms. That is a fact. One can't do a squat with infinitely better support if your game if your game remains unplayable even after months.
