Big Boss Posted April 16, 2015 Report Share Posted April 16, 2015 KILLED HER f**k YEAH. Took like 20 tries. 4-5 times she killed me with 1-2% of her health remaining with those goddamn lasers. Finally killed her before she could trigger the lasers. Man this was the toughest boss in my life. Once she just lifted and ate me. It was a one hit kill. But saw cleaver with +4 rating has more damage (460) compared to ludwig's blade (440) .... howz this possible ? Anyone ? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk Do mind that Ludwig also has arcane attribute. I believe if you focus on all attributes of Ludwig only then it will cause more damage to the enemies . Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk I focussed on 2 weapons - Axe and Ludwig. Ludwig is beast with Arcane damage. I have fire damgae and bolt attack bloodstone gems. Plus, your attribute bonus increases if you have equipped bloodstone gems on the weapons. I have a skill + 12 gem equipped, so I don't have to increase the skill anymore if I use Ludwig. Shadoken Posted April 17, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 17, 2015 (edited) Incoming STATS post again. Ne0 Ludwig is primarily meant for Arcane since it has an A+ rating when Maxed. Deals crazy damage with some Arcane Gems. But can also be used as a "Quality Build" ( which is Equal Stregth/Skill) , since it scales with both. Yes you are right at +5 it has B rating with STR and will only get B rating for Skill at +7. But it doesn't matter because both Strength and Skill stop at B. As for the scaling , Edit - By the time your reach a point where the B and C make a difference you would be at a point in the game where Twin Blood Shards are easy drop. So dont fret about the skill build Also on your first play through it is hard to find out what build you want. Since you will need to level up many stats just to be able to use some weapons and see if you like the playstyle. If you want a focused build you will mostly have to make a new character and focus on just those stats. And where were those Bloodtinge is useless posts , Chikage/Evelyn combo is just ridiculous. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk I am using Ludwig only with arcane. So, if you equip an arcane gem; the str/skill rating becomes zero. As advised by meanmachine, increase arcane to atleast 15 so that you are able to use some consumables and then focus either on str/skill or both. I am trying to keep perfect balance between str and skill. I think Ludwig should be fine with str and skill and do watch very closely which gems you are equipping before jumping in any area. There are some beasts/kin damage gems which are quite handy Don't worry about twin shards. you would be getting them a lot in upcoming levels. Currently its 19 for me. nahi it is just to show your biceps to Deepika Padukone. Yes, depending on your weapon, strength does deal more damage to enemies.
