Big Boss Posted April 19, 2015 Report Share Posted April 19, 2015 Whoa I just went through a kinda secret area in Nightmare of Mensis after killing Micolash. I dropped down from a lift midway where there was a chest and then killed 3-4 frenzy plants and used a lever that dropped down a huge a*s boss who was chained in mid air. Pretty sure he will kick my a*s later on. Then went ahead and used iron key which opened a door in Micolash boss fight area. It is a low drop-rate, so make sure you have high Discovery, which can increased either by adding points to Arcane stat or using certain runes. Found in Isz Root Chalice, glyph "rr4jfbys", layer 3. Just when I thought this game won't surprise me That wasnt a boss actually it was a big frenzy brain like those enemies we find... but this was like daddy frenzy if you hadnt pulled the leverr and wet on that path to collect the loot you would have been slaughtered in couple seconds.. crazy frenzy attack... However I have the trophy related to both the chalice and defeating the boss. I have only the Lower Loran Chalice with me in the inventory. Do we get Ailing Loran Chalice after clearing Lower Loran Chalice ? Or is my play through glitched now ?Actually that thats the one needed to set up the ailing loran ritual. Heaven Angel Posted April 20, 2015 Report Share Posted April 20, 2015 I don't think anyone who didn't google it was able to She told us to "stay away" & we had to go that very moment & it's got nothing to do with the beggar I think the second time she reappears at the same spot we killed that beggar in cathedral ward. There is when she says don't go for kill. Maybe you've talked with her and followed what she said. She wasn't even there when i got there, but found her in Grand Cathedral after killing the beggar .. thinking that will trigger the quest but instead started attacking me and i was like 'Woah, chill lady' Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Gautam Posted April 20, 2015 Report Share Posted April 20, 2015 Ignore the enemies and look for the chime maidens (ringing the bell) in each area. Once you kill them enemies become weaker and stop respawning. Been stuck on the boss in the unseen village (the one reborn) for more than a week though.
