hope Posted April 30, 2015 Report Share Posted April 30, 2015 It is needed to take your weapon to +10. In "Mergos Loft: Middle" after going up the stairs you will see Shadows of Yarnham. Dont fight them instead go opposite direction there will be elevator with broken door. When the elevator is going down You need to jump out in the midway ( there will be an open passage). Once you get there keep going you will find the Brain of Mensis (This the guy who is glowing and giving Frenzy to everything in the level. You need to dump him down by pulling a Lever. After that go to where he was before and you will find blood rock there. Woahhh that is some secret Actually i saw that brainy guy from top but couldnt find a way.Thanks for that.Will go tomo there. Shadoken Posted April 30, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 30, 2015 You can actually find the brain after dumping him in Mergos Loft. There will be an elevator near that first Steel Lady with Axe and chain that you fight. If you go and do "Contact" gesture near him. You wont find depth 4 items in first few dungeons. Good stuff , If any of you guys get a good dungeon. Find some nice items in Chalice that you easily got in like first chest or something. Save the glyph and share here. Stuff like Rare Gemstones,Blood Rocks, Uncanny or Lost versions of some weapons. There is a compiled list on Reddit. The best stuff which you mentioned are all available in depth 5 dungeons FCR variants. You can search for them until you meet sh*t ton of requirements(create atleast one depth 5 FCR dungeon; Have the appropriate Chalice unlocked) He is talking about root chalices Not normal All the best stuff in the game is in root chalices Nope, root chalices are just randomly generated dungeons with no set pattern. Keano Posted May 1, 2015 Report Share Posted May 1, 2015 Stats are basically just modifiers for Bonus Damage. So 50 SKL will give you the same as your 50 STR , because Ludwig is "B" for STR and SKL. For you the most damaging weapon is actually Logarius Wheel , Since it will get "S" Rating with STR at +10. Ludwig is actually not the best for Physical Damage. It gets "A" rating for Arcane and you can deal insane damage with MAgic on it. But then again it has GreatSword mode which gives it insane damage. So I guess your good. You should max out logarius and give it a shot. You can equip guns too. So maybe Skill up your BloodTinge and use Evelyn? Witch is one of the easier bosses. Concentrate on the witch(easier said than done) and ignore the mob when she becomes visible. edit: she is weak against Arcane and Fire.
