Irony: you need 3 ritual blood to start the ritual   The one you are playing is likely not a root chalice which means any standard dungeon with a chalice has exact same drops for everyone. It is just that I am not able to stay away from this game. I had 2 chalices to start with next. I even posted the question here, no one replied and I activated root chalice.
