Heaven Angel
There's one very effective cheese for SOY boss, but it'll work only after you've completed the game atleast once.
Shadoken
Is it the scythe cheese? That weapon is cheese king.
Keano
spin2win with fire paper makes the boss easy, you should know the right distance between you and the 2 katana guys

kmkaks
Just slayed DBP!!! Damn easy bossfight .lol. Killed him in my second attempt. Felt so badass after dying 101 times to VA...... Also I have 25 skill and 25 strength. Is upgrading both useless? Â Â Â I just have one question though. I went back to Central Yaarham to farm for Blood Vials and in Oedeon's Tomb one hunter killed the "hunter of hunters" (I got the Crow badge from the body) and then me using just 2 blunderbaas shots. When I went back to Hunter's dream, I could buy Henrik's attire using insight does this mean I slayed Henrik, gascoine's friend(as shown in the loading screen)?? Should I have saved the crow(since she did't attack me)? Â I killed him by using a cheap a*s technique, i.e sneaking up behind him, visceral attacking him and then running all the way to cathedral ward(just climb the ladder). Do this thrice and he will be KO. Â Â

Depends on what weapon you are using.... if using lhb, upgrade str + arc instead.... you'll get some cool runes later on which you can embed in lhb to get fire/bolt attacks without use of fire paper/bolt paper ! Yea its worth it,provided your parrying skills are nice Cane or Chikage/Reiters + Evelyn/Ludwig Rifle one shot of evelyn does 600 or so damage with 40 BLT if it hits a weak area like the head of amydgala or ebreitas Chikage can switch between normal(SKL scaling) and bloodcovered(BLT Scaling) and reiters switches between normal rapier(SKL Scaling) and and gun mode(BLT Scaling for gun) Edited July 21, 2015 by PhantomShade

Yup, it is. SKL / BTG build is arguably the most stylish build in this game. Perfect for second playthrough. Try to finish Cainhurst Castle as soon as possible so that you get the following items early in the game -  Reiterpallasch, Chikage, Evelyn and Knights Set. Shadoken
Chikage is crap in regular mode btw , only Blood mode is good. You also deal 1.6x damage if you sheath->unsheathe attack.

Shadoken
^^ I've 3 of those those from the first play through.... What is chikage ? Â Â You can buy the Katana after joining Vile blood convenant ( That queen after killing logarious) Â Â You can also find "uncanny" and "lost" versions of this weapon in the dungeons. These versions will have different bloodgem imprints.

Ne0
Da faq is up with those sack-wielding things ! F**ckers deal more damage than the bosses I've met so far !!There's an easy way to take them down.... From a distance of around 2 meters or so do a r2 attack with lhb, them quickly go to their back side and another r2 attack, and them a visceral attack.... Time it properly, else hypogaen gaol ! Time it properly, else hypogaen gaol !  Already had a trip to the gaol . Happened the first time I tried to take on the bag-man at Old Yharnam, ignorant of his bag-fu skills. F***ing scary, man !! Died plenty of times but got quite a few Twin Shards as well. Thanks to the gaol my Axe is +5.  Can handle the bag men confidently now, provided there's one of them and enough empty space to dodge around.  I kinda want to go back there, seemed like a good spot to farm for twin shards..
