Aloy Posted February 14, 2016 Report Share Posted February 14, 2016 Fought Ludwig.Easily one of the best bosses i have ever fought in a game IMO.it took me 6-7 tries to successfully understand and dodge his attacks and hence to win the fight. I messed up my game.I was going through the DLC and had defeated lady Maria.But then i tried to play with Gherman.I didn't want to kill him but just wanted to see how over-leveled i was 'cause of my play-through of the DLC. But i lost control of my 'Blades of mercy' and mistakenly killed him.Then the game directly put me into NG+ without even asking.I didn't even get to finish the DLC . I will probably create a new character and complete the DLC with it(plus always online as my first play-through was fully offline).I can carry on with my current one but i'm looking for a fully arcane based build. My end game character. As for the game itself, It's my GOTY 2015.Although completely different genre, but still MGS V pales in comparison in terms of the overall experience(comparing because that was the last game i played which was a GOTY contender).The only game that can even close to this game for me is TW3 but even then i haven't heard good thing about its combat.(Please don't ban me ). Gehrman is not the final boss, true boss is revealed after you are done with gehrman.... But I think you need to have those umbilical cords and consume them before the fight with gehrman ! Yeah,I googled about it and it turns out that there are three endings.AS sobbiii said, I needed to consume the three 1/3rd Umbilical cords to unlock the secret final boss fight. Does PS+ overwrites saves while uploading them online or make separate copies?If it's the latter, i think i can get all the endings with my first character. Aloy Posted February 20, 2016 Report Share Posted February 20, 2016 Some tips for an arcane plus skill based character?Just got Tonitrus and it's pretty good.I make 350+(buffed up) damage with it which is really nice for early game.But its moveset is not so interesting.Any other weapon?Holy Blade(Moonlight great sword) looks nice but damn, for that i have to beat Ludwig very early in the game.
