Keano
LOL, no Since you didn't read the item stats properly, I ll explain it to you. Physical damage reduction is not the only thing to look for in armor. There enemies that cause elemental damage (fire, lightning, poison etc). Every armor stats also show you the damage reduction against all types damage. Father G armor set has the best slow poison resistance. It will be helpful in Old Y area and specially against the Blood starved beast. +1 Make sure you read every stat of the armor before you purchase/sell. There are certain locations and bosses where things can be extremely frustrating if you dont have the armor with the "right" stats on. meaNmachine
Finished the game after a 5 day no-life marathon(~50 hours + 2 hours on an alternate character). Few optional bosses, NPC quests and secret areas left(some castle and nightmare frontier), I'll tackle them before starting NG+. Most of the bosses are easy once you figure out their attack patterns and don't engage them from the front. The only bosses I struggled so far are Father G and Ebrietas, Daughter of cosmos(still did not finish this bitch, got the final upgrade item for my axe - Blood Rock; need some nice blood gems before I pay her a visit). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Worst enemy of the entire game? Mobs of the enemy shown in below video, aptly called brain suckers At one point I had 50+ insight and then Secret Area Upper Cathedral with sh*t ton of brain suckers happened Wow, awesome dude! meaNmachine
That boss fight is just too easy on co-op. I helped a few randoms and it was similar. Solo is very difficult mainly cause of that fur that completely blocks your vision. BC I found it difficult to read her next move when attacking her rear. Terrible boss design. So how much time did matchmaking take? Now we know Heaven's connection as a host sucks
Django_3101
Guys, any checkpoint near the cathedral? Right now, I have to go all the way back to Central Yranaham CP. Does that lift on the left go anywhere near CP? So scared to go anywhere

Keano
Also Keano what do you recommend as primary?! Strength Skill Bloodtinge Or Arcane?! Strength any day from the ones you mentioned. Endurance has to be the highest of all to clear few section without much hassle. There are few enemies who HAS to be stun locked to kill and endurance is key to survive. Keano
Holly f**k that is the think that sucked my insight, a**hole!!! He's a f**ckin boss?! He's just roaming around randomly on every corner This is the second time I saw him on a completely different location:- the video i posted is from a chalice dungeon. You wouldnt encounter them many times in the main quest line, but when you see them you can be sure that there is some important rune/item nearby, Edited March 31, 2015 by Keano
Keano
I never showed interest in Bloodborne till the day of release. Players new to FROM games have to respect the fact that this game is not something you can rush and have to get used to the game mechanics. I struggled for the first 2-3 hours, but never looked back after I killed Cleric and Father G. Edited March 31, 2015 by Keano
Keano
Blood Rock's are extremely rare and are the final item required to fully level up any weapon. I found just one( ) in my first play through. Am considering to dupe it for few of my weapons using the glitch posted by Ambar - Dont have time for more than one NG+ playthrough. But if you want to farm them legit, below method might be helpful. FROM REDDIT Hey, I know there is a thread for this and all, but didn't want this to get buried... Was debating making that fletchii Blood Rock Isz Chalice dungeon, but, decided to roll the dice and make my own. Ended up with an even easier Blood Rock run.So, this Blood Rock is in the very first sub-room before you even go into Layer 1. There is something like 1 man, a spider, and a Brainsucker between you and your shiny new Blood Rock. You don't even have to kill anything. Just run into the first sub-room door and follow the singular path to the sarcophagus. So, this is:Dungeon: Sinister Isz Root Chalice Dungeon.Glyph: wbgypzkyRequires: Echoes: 11500Ritual Blood (5): 13Tomb Mold (5): 5Pearl Slug: 3Red Jelly: 1Arcane Haze:

I have made one full round till Cathedral and came back to central Yrhanam CP as it was late and I had to sleep. Should I go down the lift to find new CP? Keano
Lol They should have fixed the glitch by now actually It's game & economy breaking Specially for a game with social features Very bad on their part to let it live till now Not gona name anyone but I have seen ppl going from 25 to 35 within an hour & a half Me personally ,f**k it Destiny taught me that glitiching is waste of money What did you glitch in destiny? Am trying the method posted by Ambar as I dont have patience to wait for Blood Rock's - looks like they have fixed it. But many responses to that video are saying that it can be done. edit: nvm, figured out how to do it now. dup'd enough Blood Rock's for all the weapons. The video doesn't explain few things properly. I have made one full round till Cathedral and came back to central Yrhanam CP as it was late and I had to sleep. Should I go down the lift to find new CP? if you are at the Cathedral ward, you need to go through the door on the left(two enemies that look like WWE's undertaker will be outside - very easy to stagger them). When you kill the two enemies - you have two options a. Stairs going up will take you to central Cathedral. b. Alley leads to Old Y. Should I go down the lift to find new CP? As soon as you spwan in the cathedral,go left then straight then down the stairs. You will find one dog and 3 enemies.Instead of going in the building go left upwards from the stairs.2 dogs and one shooting guy will be there.Kill them and head right into the builiding.Go right again. You will find a lever which will open a secret area beneath the statue.Go down and down and you will the Old Yharnam Checkpoint. Keano
Raids Loopholes to get gear without playing it legit (walk overs like knocking enemy off or going to glitch spots) mind your Destiny lingo - you are referring to cheesing Everyone who played Destiny's raids have cheesed one section or other. People who suffered the most are the ones who relied on LFG sites for raiding as almost everyone in LFG just want to cheese the raid. Keano
You can't dupe blood stones. EDIT: lol I thought they fixed it. Yeah, you can do it. You just have to make sure you are not online on PSN while doing it. Also, read about the Blood Stone on reddit and looks like the item is dropped only once in the entire playthrough. WTF!!?
