Get a second, open up all its rune slots, and fill them with HP recovery.It can seriously save you so many blood packs. Keano Posted April 2, 2015 Report Share Posted April 2, 2015 I din get it ^^ same You would come across blood gem stones that allows health regen +2HP / +3HP / +4HP per second when you equip the weapon with the gemstones. You can equip a secondary weapon with three of those blood stones, swap to the secondary weapon after a combat to regen health instead of using a blood vial. This is especially useful when your health is 50% or above as you can get to 100% by the time you are ready to engage the next enemy.
