Even I dropped off the ledge(where the gattling gun is).. He also rolled over and I see him dropping while "You Died" message is displayed but the next time I spawned he was there once again. I've been slacking off and dicking around going places I shouldn't, need to go and kill that boss first. I'm stuck at same character level for 2 days because I keep losing echos at the wrong place. Keano Posted April 3, 2015 Report Share Posted April 3, 2015 I am in forbidden woods & there is a cave that leads to this poison water & giant earth worms you can't even kill properly & these giants I can see from far way Any idea on how to deal with these earthworms & poison water The place has some amazing loot which means it is a bitch to traverse through. It is most likely the place where I died the most(not including the bosses). Make sure you have an armor with good poison resistance. There is one on top of the houses at the entrance of the cave(three crows next to it iirc). The worms are a bitch, before engaging them - make sure you kill the two giants(ignore the third one who is extremely far away) in that room. Throw rocks to attract them and lead them to the entrance of the cave where you can finish them. Use mollies to kill worms as much as possible, also make sure you use a weapon that does damage to them. Axe is not suggested as it doesnt do downward thrust much and the worms wont take hits. Saw cleaver is good, make sure you lock on to one of them and kill it before moving to the next one or they will gang up on you. And it goes without saying that you need as many antidotes as possible since the entire room is full of poison. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also, you can completely ignore the spiders and concentrate on the boss I failed miserably when I tried to go directly to attack the boss ignoring the minions My strategy - Use your weapon to kill the minions from the side/back of them. Their head is extremely hard and wont take any damage. Once you clear the minions, go to Rom and use a fire paper if you have and wreck him up.
