lutyen9294
My console starts flashing the red dot whenever I start it. Now I have tried the diagnosis available at the official site and nothing works. How can it be an overheating problem when I have not used my Xbox for more than 4 months? Before that it was working perfectly. Now I have ordered for repair service but they are telling that they don't have any service available. What do I do? lutyen9294
Well guys the console was replaced free of cost by Microsoft but the disc stuck inside my previous console has not been returned to me. Now they are saying they wont be able to get my disc out so what should I do now? Should I ask Microsoft for refund.
L33TWiZaRd
Which disc is it? All consoles have a manual disc eject button which acts a fail safe when the drive is not working properly. If i remember correctly, Microsoft does instruct everyone to remove everything from the console and only send in the console by itself for repairs. Don't think they will do anything for you, but you can try and luck and speak to the Indian CC and ask for the digital code for the game that you lost when you sent in your faulty console.
