Joy Posted July 12, 2009 Report Share Posted July 12, 2009 Congratz to Mark Webber on his maiden GP victory , he deserved it. , his drive through penalty was harsh , FIA Overall nice GP weekend , although I was hoping it would rain and make the drama more spectacular , but alas it didn't , one of the very few Nurburgring GP racedays when it didn't rained at all. Brawn really struggled to keep heat in front tyres , I never ever seen a F1 driver trying to heat up his tyres in the middle of a race by weaving left and right like they do in formation lap Another overconfident and overtop maneuver from Hamilton which ruined his race , he really looked strong this weekend for a podium spot , he did exactly what he did last year in Chinese GP , went to the 1st hairpin far too quick and out braked himself and ran wide , but this time was bumped by someone maybe Button or Sutil and got a Right rear puncture. Good day for Massa getting a podium place , and Kimi had a mechanical failure after 2/3rd of the race. It was fun to watch the post match interview. Vettel went.....it was tough to overtake massa, every time i tried....he pressed the magic button and was gone . To witch Massa said, lets swap cars.....you can have the magic button car and i will take the great aerodynamics car from you. Between all this Webber had a good hearty laugh.
