You guys get excited with practice times, they are fluke as always.Quali is where real performance gets out in the open.

No. Actually, the thing is, we (public) know nothing. Teams go on intensified testing because they don't get dedicated testing time in private coz of the rules. So, they try their different setups and upgrades which they simualted as homework. Plus there's the factor of fuel also. It's difficult to know which car is running with what fuel load. As we know, even a slight difference in fuel load has immenese impact on timings.

Exactly , its a great session for teams to test out new aerodynamics parts etc. , for anyone outside fans , media or their respective teams don't know a sh*t how their performance is against rivals teams.

Check the practice times of Mclaren in the last race , Hamilton was P2 & P3 twice , but look where his race & Qauli pace was , nowhere near Ferrari & Red Bull.So as a fan or a spectator its a fluke. :P

Red Bull is almost 7-8 tenth of a second faster than the next best car Ferrari :samui:

I hope they both collide at first corner.

ya......tell me about it. At a point in section 2, all cars including the Ferraris (closest thing to RBR) have to lift off and downshift. And I noted in that exact same spot, Mark Webber puts in full throttle and shifts up. I was like WTF :ko: No wonder the car is untouchable. It wouldn't be wrong if I said it was made for this track. And now the felxible wings controversy unfold as well :P

THE KING MSC WILL REIGN AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

By then THE KINGDOM would've gotten bored and went away :P

Lol yeah , the downforce of RBR cars is so much they can go around many corners of this track without lifting the pedal , Adrian Newey :panic: They showed a slow motion replay of the bending front wings , RBR was the lowest to the ground , followed by Ferrari & Mclaren.

Unless Webber and Vettle collide with each other at first corner or Alonso can get between two Red Bulls, its gonna be a RBR 1-2 with a massive gap today. :wallbash:

Atleast Button got 8th place. :P

Stupid mistake by Vettle , I bet it was a team order to make Webber get a gap and Vettle slow down the field so that Webber can come out ahead of Alonso after pit-stops instead of crap he talked in press conference that he was sleeping and all :giggle: , Webber would had come ahead of Alonso anyway such was their pace , but it backfired for Vettle and he lost a great chance of victory.

Good day for Ferrari , sets up the second half of the season nicely. Can't wait for Bloody Spa. :wOOtjumpy:

You sir, are aptly named hope. :good:

That move he pulled on Barrichello has doomed his next race too.

I sure hope he does, and I pray that Mercedes can cobble up a much better car than this PoS next year. Give the man a propah vehicle to drive, and I can bet he'll pwn drivers a decade younger than him with ease.

Till then, I'm gonna restrict myself to merely looking at the results at the end of each formula one race. :(
