And EA just might have a masterstroke here by 1. getting users involved in early stages to win some love 2. getting their feedback and 3. nullifying any initial negative impressions by stating "the final release is months away". This closed beta may also give them the excuse to avoid open beta (and throw a glitched game on us unsuspecting fans). I will wait for the open-beta however, before I give EA my money (yet again). Any talented mod creator could have pulled this off easily. Guns are not good. The environment, guns, models don't look good. Bad animation. Modes: a mix of CTF, Rush with Obliteration. Starts off like robbery, after that, it's typical run & gun. Nothing tactical. Payday 2 actually feels badass after pulling the heist (even with AI bots). This is more like F2P/modded Battlefield with Cops and Robbers theme. Anyways, I will wait for more details on maps and modes. I personally like it as opposed to in-game browsers. I like it when it works. Problem is half the time it doesn't launch the game right. And sometimes it will tell me to go get the plug in again and again despite it being installed.
