And maybe because bf4 was a fail. .. This won't have the problems bf4 had.

They are using the same engine to build this game, does not that give it away.

Thats because the whole community will shift to hardline... That's just like saying why don't people stick to the old fifa when the new one is exactly the same.

Have you played any FIFA? Because none of them are same other than FIFA rules.

Or you want unicorns and shoot laser on pitch? :O

I would not shift and the community will be weary of this depending on the reveal.

After BattleField, I think my earlier policy of not purchasing EA titles was a sound choice.

Also, the reference to game engine was the fact that DICE itself has not fully understood the engine and making another multi-player title on it seems to be a bad-bad idea in my opinion.

I feel they are going to focus heavily on making the game bug/glitch free by launch. Quite possibly involving some DICE personnel as well.

I'll probably not pre-order it, but buying seems likely if they have a polished game come October.

Buy some other game and play that for a change instead of BattleField.

I have played most fifa games. . And I know there are a few changes every time but most of the times they are pretty similar. .. To a lay person the differences aren't that easy to notice...

Alpha.

Ya ... bf3 was great. . I never got into bf4 because of all the things I heard and probably won't jump into this one too.. f2p blackout retribution for me .

I would love to play Wolfenstein but IMO it does not justify the price, being just singleplayer.

The way I approach gaming nowadays, MP-centric FPS is where it's at. I have some hope from COD but unless they have a scale similar to Battlefield games, it will probably not be my type. Arma takes itself too seriously anyhow.

(And the Taco bell price is a huge factor :P ).

Cant wait to see how they explain cops and robbers having access to 3000 guns and 85000 attachments to those guns.

Don't forget cops with missile launching jeeps, attack helicopters and an attack jet and robbers with pew pew guns and vroom vrom bikes:P

One side is LE (presumably Law Enforcement). The other is CR, what could that be?

Criminal ?

Didn't play any Battlefield game till now. Looks like I'm gonna buy this one! Trailers are very impressive. Would pay 1K extra if it were an open-world game.

They could do that. Rather than maps and such... have objectives in different parts to make each appear different, and chases can take place around that 'world'.

Yeah! :P But read somewhere that it's an Open-World game :P. So...It happens :P

Where did you read BattleField is an open world game.

Is it just me or this game kinda looks interesting :3

Even I'm a little intrigued to see actual game modes and how the rounds play out.

FWIW the hatred for this game would be enough to lower expectations to such an extent that the final game would actually seem good.
