Heaven Angel
Don't think anybody called Absolution as worst game ''ever made''. That's preposterous. It might be the worst Hitman game for many though. If it's not AAA budget they shouldn't charge AAA budgetJust like RE RevelationsThey shouldn't sell it for $60 And who said that?Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO costs $60 + $25 for season pass. They don't even have AAA budget to compete and yet it costs AAA price. Wait, forget Rally EVO. The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct costs $50 + $5 DLC. FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR THIS. Square-Enix has different approach towards gaming lately. Their strategy is drifting away from AAA titles and more toward MMOs and mobile games. Anyways, this might not be AAA in terms of cash flow with the promotion and development. But, it is AAA title. A traditional AAA game has a long development timeline that starts with a small team and gradually builds leading up to a release date and everything is done to make as much money as possible on the day and week of release. They are going episodic because they need money as soon as possible. From day one, and with $15 being the price, it will sell very well. The money spent on the game will be earned within a week. The DLC/episodic content approach here is to spikes up the interest for entire year. Every month people will be talking about the game. Even if one-two episodes are bad, it will still keep up with the market; resulting in better sale. (just like those Telltale games. Even after few bad episodes, people still talk and get excited for next episode) PS: Resident Evil Revelations costs $30 + another $14 for DLCs. That's $44. If it still sells poorly then say bye bye to Hitman forever. Right... How is Tomb Raider doing? People these days..
Survivor
I am not sure. The original hitman agent 47 will cost around $60 and the each game/'s that come subsequently will cost extra money again like purchasing DLCs?
ALPHA17
Right... How is Tomb Raider doing? People these days.. Do not want, HITMAN, awkward moan simulator.

Maximus
It says 4.1 gb on the store, any first impressions on the beta?
Aloy
My impressions from the closed beta.. Played the beta yesterday.Yes,this is indeed a sequel to Blood Money.Large levels with a huge number of possible ways to kill your target are back. The core is good but it has some issues. -The performance(PS4) wasn't good. There were a lot fps drops and glitches. One time, its audio processing crashed and i had to restart the level to fix it.Visuals are also justokay.Sometimes, it looked like Absolution's remaster.Hitman Absolution was more impressive in this regard. -Movement feels slow and sluggish to ME.Maybe it's like that by design to add more "realism" but i don't like it. -Again, the beta lacked polish compared to the other games.I know it's a beta but the game will come out in a month. So, this is more or less the actual representative of the final game(Unless they made the beta a long time ago). -There are two demo-like levels. The second one is bigger and better.I played the first one in 3 different ways and there are still far more methods to kill the target. One time, i planted a remote bomb behind the target's office and blew it up when i was far away form it.Blood Money would have showed us the explosion using a second view. But here, i didn't know what happened.I hope they add that extra camera/view back. -Instinct mode is back but it's completely optional. You can complete the beta without it if you want. There are certain NPCs who can see through your disguise. They are distinguished from others by a small white dot over their head. This is welcome mechanic IMO.It's a good balance ground between Blood Money and Absolution. Overall i enjoyed but i hope they fix the performance issues. The game is just a month away so i'm not sure if they can do it.Maybe the beta (or a glorified demo) was made way long ago. EDIT: Joe's impressions. The BETA was good other the poor performance and scripting. -Norfolk does not enter the boat until you do and hear Rittler talking to the bartender-Norfolk and Rittler do not move to the office until you hear them talking outside-Norfolk and Rittler never exit their meeting, unless you decide to poison a drink, in which case Rittler will conveniently come back to take a sip. Survivor
@maximus isn't 4.1 GB whole ps4 are is too small in size? I haven't tried beta but I will try it
Heaven Angel
It is proper size. Around ~3.7 GB on PC. Think BETA should work fine (at least does on PC). However, you won't be able to play/finish challenges.

realsoccerdude111
Any idea how much each episode will cost? I remember reading 600 Rs for each episode somewhere.
Aftrunner
The entire game is 999 and the first bit is 275 so its hard to imagine it being 600 per episode. Edit Oh PS4, no idea.
