This game looking like sh*t is a good thing. It won't need a beast PC and even download will be less. So it's actually a good thing for PC gamers. They should go all out and make it look like PS2 game. It will even run on Intel GPU based laptops then. Huge number of sales and everyone will onboard the Windows store hype train. Massive win for PC gaming. Nah mate , never mentioned you in that particular thing. Even I'm thinking about to skip it (so that makes me one of the other half ) , but had seen few posts on how it looks, well people who played 1st and 2nd part will be familiar with how it will look, nothing new to them. Big Boss
Well if you look at reveal trailer and now E3 trailer, the downgrade is tremendous. It's Ubisoft level downgrade. Still usual suspects are happy with it, same people will waste no time in sh*ting all over Ubisoft game topics for downgrade. Console bias indeed. KnackChap
its 4k at 30 fps. confirmed by devs.

Like Zodak mentioned in the earlier post : - Developer changed. Sumo digital making it now and not the original Cloudgine team of David Jones. Cloudgine was behind the reveal e3 2015 footage and original Crackdown on 360. I might have missed the Ubisoft part which you are saying, not defending anyone but Ubisoft have already released good looking games before and then a downgrade in a couple of games can be questionable(don't wanna start a debate why/what was discussed in Ubisoft games thread). Like in your words Crackdown looked like sh*t , well you can't bash a game for looks which always looked like sh*t right from the origin. Peace. WhiteWolf
SR3 looks like sh*t but it's super fun to play even today.. If gameplay is good and fun like original one then don't care about downgrades..

I am sorry to break your bubble but there is not a uniformly good enough infrastructure for us to transfer stuff like graphics rendering to the cloud and have it beamed onto our desktop. KnackChap
The full destructible city has already become just an arena acc to todays amazon leak. Wont be surprised if the maps are same size as battlefied 4/

Wonder if he is still working on the game ? Very good. Almost flawless track record & Of all the 4 developers working on the game, sumo digital Is the most releiable. Others are cloudgine (debut game) ruffian (cd 2, kinect and reason for halo mcc failure) and reagent games ( debut) also dave jones counts for nothing. He made the old 2d gta games. and gta didnt become the phenomenon it is now till gta 3 and he had nothing to do with it. Dave jones also made ABP which is considered as the worst game ever made. WhiteWolf
Base Xbox one clearly holding game back visually. Just hope final game is fun and polished. Never played Sumo digital game before but people say they make good games. Let's see.
Aftrunner
Reading the developers comments, it really sounds like they get what makes Crackdown tick. The movement and the platforming (which is like 80% of the game) looks to be absolutely on point.

Visually it's underwhelming compared to other open world games at e3 but they nailed the gameplay. Its very much like Original with more variety. https://www.google.co.in/amp/s/www.theverge.com/platform/amp/2017/6/14/15788056/crackdown-3-xbox-one-x-preview-microsoft-gameplay-trailer Destruction is limited to multiplayer only as SP can be played offline and for destruction online connection is needed on both consoles and PC. How the base xbox can hold it back.. when older games released much earlier are getting 4k native support.. you just throw excuses to your convenience.. the reveal trailer was for the base xbox when no one at ms and their mom would have thought about the midgen refresh.. It's a native 4k game on One X. Scorpio development started in 2014 and Crackdown development started in 2013. They had enough time to make it for Scorpio from ground up and scale it down for base model. Game was clearly made for base XboxOne. It will look average even on PC Max settings iam sure of it. Iam still gonna play it coz I enjoy Crackdown gameplay Edited June 15, 2017 by WhiteWolf
