For last 2 months i have been Experiencing Pain in my biceps

During hammer curls pain is at it's Maximum.

Trainer said it could be a case of Muscle tear.

I asked if rest is needed?

but he told me to do lighter workout and it will eventually go away.

So i wasn't taking Proper diet for workout

for past week or so i started eating 5 eggs after workout

one whole and four only whites

and also drinking a glass of Milk

for pre workout i eat rice (2 hrs before) and fruits, like banana, apple (before half an hour) etc

Still ain't a proper diet

But i noticed some improvements

My biceps pain has reduced considerably and

also seeing some improvement in my strength.

i am reluctant to take protein Powder

Paneer, soya nuggets are very high in protein.

I've made them a part of my daily diet to meet the lions share of protein needs. I'm very less dependent on protein powders for my protein intake.

From Past one month i am getting weaker

My reps are going down wtf is this sh*t?

really Frustrating

Other than proper nutrition and rest, try adding loaded carries like Farmers walk, suitcase carry to your training routine.

Try reading easy strength by Dan john and pavel & never let go by Dan john.

Anyone here please answer my question ?

I am 15 years old and I am 6'2,so should I start going to gym or wait for some years

I am really confused

Please help

Do body weight exercises. Push up et all.

There is absolutely No reason for anyone to not work on fitness.

Once you cross 18ish you can graduate to weights.

It's a myth that weight training stunt height (but then again you're already 188), i mean it's not a complete truth, It does impede bone's natural growth in growing years but if you avoid movements that go above your neck in that phase and you'll be fine. A lot of professionals, especially those from the golden age of 1970s-80s,started in their mid teens.

What the heck is that for? Is that a parallel bar excercise?

These are used for farmer walk (loaded carry). You hold each bar in your hand and simply walk, Heavy dumbbells/Kettlebells works fine too. Have a look at the below article.
