Banz
I had a plaster on my left foot for a month, and now it has atrophy. The thigh is fine, but the calf (and any foot muscles below that) have almost halved in size. The foot is now flat. What can I do about this? The bone is still healing now. kmkaks
What is the best way to improve upper body strength? I can run for as long as I want without much fatigue and have strong calfs and thighs, however my upper body strength is pretty much meh......... i can not even do 5 pushups without severe fatigue and even hit the gym for 3 months non stop without much fruit. What can I do to increase upper body strength? Does my vegetarian diet have anything to do with this. Also I am pretty slim. 5'11 and weigh 65 Kgs
playstationdude
Ok so i went ahead and Bought ON Gold standard Whey Good decision. Its an excellent protein and the best imho. No added bs like creatine etc(creatine does not suite everyone. My friend had a severe allergic reaction to it).

Gautam
Do PLP to improve upper body strength. Start with 1 pull up, 1 push up and 1 lunge on the first day if that's all you can muster. Then increase the count by 1 everyday. The trick is that you don't have to do it continuously. If by day 4 you can still only do 1 pull up at a time, spread out your routine to do it 4 times during the day. It's really helpful and doable. Even better if you can convince a friend to do it and keep each other in check
kmkaks
Pull ups and push ups afaik. Ask the trainer at your gym. My local gym has the most useless trainer. Anyways guess I gotta take the extra effort. Thanks.

I myself changed from ON to MT (Nitro tech series) and saw results quickly.
