You should have checked reviews or some gameplay videos before buying it...Aankh band karkey kisney bola tha lene ko... -_-

They could have atleast provided an option to enable laser pointer. And perhaps they could have even put some more effort in and provided an option to play with different camera angles.
But atleast an option for a laser pointer.

They released it for the fans of the series...Everyone is loving the game even with shitty old controls and fixed camera angles...:P

Its not a remake but a remaster... Cant accept much changes there.

Dunno about you but Jill parts in revelations felt very much like this game ,I.e., true survival horror. The camera angles and laser only enhanced the experience :P

camera angles really suck in this game,no doubt about it.New comers would find this extremely frustrating not to mention one can miss some of items because it was hidden from the camera.

If it wasn't for the survival horror I would have ditched this game long back

Ha, its called design choice. Levels, combat and enemies equate each other very well. In RE4 u cannot move and shoot but the enemies are super slow. In RE6, characters have lot more mobility than RE4 but the enemies are much faster and aggressive than RE4. Tank controls in survival horror games and restrictive movement in old stealth games are design choice not hardware limitations. Btw The camera is perfect in RE, it makes sure the player sees everything.

btw. this is my first time paying Resident evil

Edit : Beaten

SuperBunny hop has a great video explaining the mechanics of RE

Capcom has officially announced an HD remaster of Resident Evil Zero is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC in early 2016.

The game originally launched for GameCube in 2002. It is set before the events of the original Resident Evil and follows police officer Rebecca Chambers and convict Billy Coen, whom you’ll switch between periodically as you progress.

f**k RE:Zero ..I want RE2 and 3 HD remaster version :|

Both those games are already on PS1 classics. At least this is first time experience for Playstation and Xbox gamers.

And Remastering PS1 game will need a lot more than just upping the res and modifying some textures. They need to make completely new models for characters.

Holy sh*t..... RE 2 : Remake is going to happen. Possibly inspired by the FF7 : Remake , after all this was the next best selling game that gen.

They are currently gauging interest on the direction to follow , classic or modern.

IMO I think the best approach would be like that RE4 Beta version. It wasnt too much like an Action game but the Tank controls are just outdated now.
