Sony sued $5 Million for Killzone SF Multiplayer

If Guerrilla has let itself down a little - only half-delivering on its brief for a more involving story and game design - then at least it has done Sony proud. If you want to give your new console a thorough workout, this is the game to get; there is clear water between it and even the best of the multi-format games. We can talk numbers: it runs at a native 1080p resolution and at 30 frames per second in the campaign, 60 in multiplayer, with not a hint of screen tear or judder or slowdown, and just a little texture pop-in. Or we can talk feel, which is knife-sharp and rock-solid. Guerrilla's technicians have made this machine sing.

This comes straight from digital foundry,the biggest graphics reference point in industry

 

Wonder why they never edited this on revelation...

Coz it is infact an "unscaled" 1080p which neither digital foundry nor anyone else's mother could question

 

Until Sony themselves revealed their technology in a conference in Europe

Only on Sony's own revelation digital foundry came to know of this tech

 

An unscaled 1080p frame buffer without any drop in resolution in motion

 

So yeah instead of appreciating the magical work done by GG designers :-

 

 

Who created this in the launch window & the unfinished SDK & system specs

 

We want them to bleed out 5m$ to a useless fagget for "lying" about resolution....which they never did

 

What would they call this resolution?!

How would they explain this tech on the box?!?

 

Game was said to be "native 1080p @ 60fps" by Eurogamer & digital foundry themselves

So were they lying too?!?

Or did you expect them to explain the tech behind this achievement in a public review too?!

 

Why not sue ppl who show bullshots & Un-achievable demos & trailers instead

Wait DF also confirmed it was native 1080p? WTF :rofl:

yup DF confirmed it was 1080p native for both MP and SP. GG had a tech meet where they showed & disclosed their rendering techniques. DF tests the game again and finds that the resolution in MP is not native but is also not upscaled like other games. GG issues a blog post to clarify their new rendering process where every alternate frame is skipped instead of upscaling the whole image.

Frankly who the f**k has the time to sue a company for this? Here I have to struggle to find time between family, work and gaming in that order. This guy needs to... I don't know... Get a life maybe. Someone needs to sue him for wasting time.

probably he has a personal lawyer who does all the work for him ..
