We got to review this, courtesy of Zotac. Take a look.

Review of the 1050 Ti

Okay, not to sound like an entitled asshat but just a few pointers,

  • use core-clock and boost-clock *also boost is also influenced by the temperature of the hardware, if there is thermal headway the card will boost higher than what is given on the box*, engine clock no one uses that term anymore
  • spend more time explaining the cooler itself, have the card unpacked when you are talking about stuff like the IceStorm and FreezeTech
  • spend some time going through the software provided in the box like ZOTAC!'s FIRESTORM, how to use it etc.
  • If possible measure the frame-rates and minimum frames and pole them in graphs for easier information dissemination

Rest I wish you all the best and hope you do well. Cheers!

^ Yup, good price although I would suggest you go for the RX470 of the same type if the price is same.

Yes price is same . Some of my friends are suggesting RX470 over 1060 3 GB because of additional VRAM and more future proof (DX12 titles) while others are suggesting 1060 3 GB for more greater performance on current games .

^ With parity in prices, the RX470 is the better buy. More RAM, definitely better performance going forward and if the Relive Edition drivers are as good as has been confirmed then the DirectX 11.0 performance difference is minimal for the most part.

Features like ShadowPlay (Relive) are now available on AMD's end too so that feature point is checked out too.

So zotac cards actually use good quality components.. not as bad as people visualize them to be..

Nope, but STRIX are still ahead there. Refer below and the GTX1050Ti video put above,
