AMD’s Chief Gaming Architect and Marketing Frank Azor published a cryptic message on Twitter. The tweet indicates that something might happen tomorrow (September 10). Despite the tweet being rather long, it does not provide any meaningful information as to the nature of the teaser.

I am glad that they dropped the blower design. I just hope this does not make them jack up the reference price as all AIB models are based on that.

On the Nvidia side of things I have seen AIB cards from Galax, Inno3d, Colorful etc which are cheaper than reference Nvidia cards of the same model.

But i have never seen a AMD AIB card cheaper than the reference model.
