So something pretty exciting happened regarding the Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 flagship. Hermitage Akihabara, one of our most authentic sources I might add, has posted with confidence that Nvidia is preparing to launch 8GB versions of their flagship. Needless, to say this is pretty big news, because not only will this help boost Maxwell sales even further, but also counter any 8GB variant that AMD rolls out.

^^newegg started shipping to india recently,i could be wrong though,check if you could source it through them.

why 295x2 though?? with the price drops of r9 290 and 290 x,those are better options.

Yes newegg ships to india

But if the product turns out damage/torn, their CC Services and really bad and generating RMA cud be pain in the a*s

No, the base price will have shipping and handling charges applied to it which will make the price untenable and close to the price of the product in India, just without warranty.
