TigerClaw
i played crysis and loved it.. yet to play warhead... which one is better??
Tyler
Haven't finished Warhead yet but both are great games. Crysis is much longer while Warhead being more of an add-on to the original plot is a short game. However, people seem to prefer Warhead since it's got very little filler. john117
that project is long dead, best u can do is to dl custom autoexec.cfg which enable very high settings in xp .. although that too is rendered via dx9 so if you are really picky then install vista and run very high without hickups .Trust me vista isnt as bad as ppl made it out to be , its still carrying bad image dude to word of mouth and ignorant users.Infact after SP1 its really stable and your config is powerful enough to run anything on vista without taking a major hit in performance. Grimmjow
if you are doing it only for crysis, leave Vista. ill find you a config which you can use for DX9 and still get DX10 effects.

Don't bother. The difference isn't too great. Crysis looks great on the max supported settings on DX9 too. I wouldn't suggest trying that DX10 hack on your machine just for this. And I'm with Afty here, Vista is better than XP especially for gaming. Don't believe all that "it's slow" crap. You have a powerful rig anyway. It hasn't given me any problems for the last couple of years really. Edited April 13, 2009 by Tyler

Tyler
Because it's not worth it and you could end up messing up your PC. That project has been dead for a while now.
