Don't know what the situation is now. Or try the first shop near the entrance on the left at indraprasth in borivali. Again it's been a while so don't even know if it exists anymore. However E3 Flasher website mentions a Hard Reset by flashing nand/nor to console in flash fun mode. If you have backup then it can be possibly repaired. Mine is still stuck on green light.
