Heaven Angel Posted May 28, 2016 Report Share Posted May 28, 2016 (edited) There are 4 modes. Escort, Assault, Control and Hybrid. They will add more eventually in future. Without getting into specifics, we are working on a new game mode. And we’re very excited about it! And we have some great new maps to support it, too, but we need a little more time to get everything just right. Genji can easily be countered with non-projectile based heroes. Winston and Zarya wreck Genji because of their health pool and "tracking" weapons. Also Symmetras turrets if placed correctly f**k with Genji too and a skilled Mei is doom as well. No hero is overboard good, if the player using him is great you just need a counter to shut him down! Heaven Angel Posted May 29, 2016 Report Share Posted May 29, 2016 If you are playing as Genji, you wouldn't place yourself anywhere near Winston or Zarya. Constantly moving and climbing up and away makes him very versatile class. (which Zarya can't, and neither can Winston jump too high) Ooh, Symmetra is one of my favorite, and yes, sure those turrets kills, but you can escape out quickly before it's too late. My point was Genji is very hard to deal with compared to other classes if you know to use his mobility and skills perfectly.
