Yea other sites like Gamestop,BestBuy and all also do this. But I believe all of those can be cancelled until the game ships. No idea about Steam though , I am guessing its the same? If you just want to mash or something and have fun , this game wont be very enjoyable. But if are willing to put in some time to learn Fighters then Street Fighter is a lot easier than MK and Tekken. People feel Tekken,MvC and MK are easier because you can mash out and some cool stuff happens ( easy supers , easy command moves) . But if you actually want to play the game seriously all of them take time. Tekken,MK have slightly easier inputs compared to SFs QCF and charge motions. But when it comes to actually understanding the fight , Street Fighter is a lot more simpler. Tekken is very complex at high level.
