Heaven Angel
Reading old comments. The only thing I learned is that this community does not like MMO games. In the end, the game turned out kind of MMOish. Would have been better if they went for full MMO. MMO games are a blast. Player Killing is out, PvP is in 2017 and still waiting... Edited January 25, 2017 by Heaven Angel
Tyler
I actually love MMOs (though I get tired of them quickly) but I didn't want Diablo to turn into one. All they really had to make was an updated version of Diablo 2 with new classes, skills, better graphics etc. I like D3 for what it is and it can be fun to jump in every once in a while but D2 is still the best in the series. lithuvien
I usually play a crusader in Diablo3. The fun part comes when I switch from D3 to WoW, forget that I am playing WoW and chrage the boss on my ret pala. Boss 2 shots me, rest of the group is "WTF pally!" and I smack myself on the head
Nr.Draca47
Path of Exile are great but clunky. PoE is clunky?? Come on man, didnt expect these words from you. PoE doesn't have good graphics but in terms of gameplay its the best. All balanced heroes, huge passive skill tree, lots of skills based 3 basic attributes rather than class, truly hybrid class/skill system. Heaven Angel
Clunky in combat when compared to Diablo. Personally, I find it rustic, not really bad, but when compared to Diablo 3's combat smoothness and reaction rate, it falls behind. What I love about PoE the most are the skills. It's so well done. Nr.Draca47
compared to Diablo 3's combat smoothness and reaction rate, it falls behind. is PoE's combat slow? No. Is it broken? No. There's no fluidity? No When did you play the last time? Anyways, the devs have grown since they started. The combat felt broken because of lag spikes earlier (was it 2010?). Now they are lot improved and still going strong with their complex skill system and smooth combat.
WhiteWolf
Started Crusader class, enjoying it more than DH. Joe, you were right man DH was fun for few hours then it became boring. I enjoy meele classes more than Range attacks classes.

Heaven Angel
Skill: Grim ScytheGrim Scythe summons a huge scythe in a wide arc, dealing damage and restoring Essence. As a generator ability, this will be your bread and butter ability for building up to your more powerful damage dealing spells.Skill Rune: Death Nova (Blood Nova)Blood Nova is one of the five skill runes for the base Death Nova skill. Blood Nova does impressive damage, but this comes at a cost—using this rune requires spending both Essence and some of your Health.Skill Rune: Devour (Cannibalize)Devour is a resource-regeneration skill, allowing you to regain Essence by consuming the corpses of your slain foes. As one of the runes for Devour, Cannibalize also allows you to regain Health, which is handy for fueling costly spells like Blood Nova!Skill Rune: Raise Golem (Blood Golem)We showed a sneak peek of the Blood Golem at BlizzCon, but now he’s outfitted with animations, skills, and clever tricks! The Blood Golem is a burly companion who can sacrifice himself to heal you. Don’t worry—he’ll reconstruct himself right away, and deal sizeable amounts of damage to surrounding foes in the process!Skill: LeechJoining Decrepify in the Necromancer’s repertoire of curses, Leech is a dastardly spell that allows you to transfer some of the health of attacked enemies to yourself and your allies. It’s great not only for keeping yourself healthy, but offering support to your party members as well! Is the Necromancer part of an expansion pack? No, the Necromancer is part of a content pack which includes the class, an in-game pet, cosmetic wings, two additional character slots, two additional stash tabs (on PC), a portrait frame, pennant, banner, and a banner sigil. It will, however, launch alongside a free major content patch that includes two new zones, Challenge Rifts, and more. These additional features will be available for all players with Diablo III: Reaper of Souls or the Ultimate Evil Edition. How much will the pack cost? We’re not ready to announce a price yet—we know you’re eager to find out, but we have a few more i’s to dot and t’s to cross before we can share. When is the Necromancer coming to Diablo III?We are currently aiming for the second half of 2017; when we have an official release date, we’ll certainly share it! - PAX EAST 2017 EXCLUSIVE

Heaven Angel
There is no denying the Blizzard studios is one of the best. Pretty much all their games are great. Warcraft, Starcraft, Hearthstone, Diablo, Overwatch are all amazing. However, they are bad at balancing the game. I feel like this is mainly because they have no real competition. All of their games stand out in those genres. Even though other games have more content they still wish for Blizzard quality. As for Diablo III, it is a good game. Yes, despite all shenanigans it is a blast to play. But the game suffers from traditional Blizzard updates & contents. We are close to season 10 and we hardly saw any good content update. Seasons was a good addition but god it gets flat out boring to see the same shite every 3 months. New players will enjoy it but people playing since launch, including myself, are just tired of Blizzard.
ALPHA17
Frankly speaking I haven't played a whole lot of blizzard but at least overwatch looks to be well balanced. Actually that is because it is a fresh title and is constantly getting tweaked that is why you get that impression. The level of broken this game was in during shipping was unreal. Stacked teams of one OP character, broken game mechanics (Hog's void Hook), Pharmercy (in the opening months). The list is quite unending and that is before external factors are brought into the fray. Plus the fact that OverWatch is the only major class-based competitive shooter on the market makes it occupy a tight little niche in the market where no one can come close to it for now.
