Zzombie
D3 might come to consoles. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2010-11-15-diablo-iii-heading-to-consoles Should be interesting to see how they port the concept.
Tyler
Sacred 2 tried to port the Diablo concept to consoles and from what I've heard it was decent enough to be playable.
Joy
Yeap it was pretty good on consoles specially on PS3 as per most reviews , They shrinked down the inventory and hud system with no detailed pictures of the loot & magic spells and quest view mini map etc. to make it easy , but it was manageable. But it still is nothing compared to PC , the Community patch for Sacred 2 is so awesome , many hidden quests were unlocked including the awesome Can Christmas Still be Saved ? quest. Tyler
Relax! Mice will still be broken. Fingers will still become numb. And jobs and significant others' will still be ignored.
Bulovski
^^ after 5+ years I can say that about ignoring significant others. won't recommend for you. of course by the time diablo 3 comes out ... who knows how many years would've passed. Saumil
I actually think Diablo would play better with a gamepad. Except for inventory management ofcourse. Running around dodging Duriel's stun attacks and attacking at the same time would be so much easier with an analog stick as compared to how it is with a mouse. Tyler
I agree. Using ranged attacks while moving would be a massive advantage over the standard PC controls. However everything else is better with the PC control scheme.
Bulovski
You guys have been spoilt by shooters. Man up and go click happy.
Tyler
I'm perfectly fine with the way the controls are on PC - it's just that console users will gain an unfair advantage if they implement it that way... unless they got the RE4/5-route and make players stop to shoot/cast. Bulovski
Console owners - why bother about the lesser mortals?
