I wonder though if this will affect the other SEA regions that connect to the same server as Koreans - will they also not get to use the RMAH because of them? According to today's conversion that's between 3.8k and 3.9k. I use Axis Bank debit card; it worked; works for my WoW subscription too. Nope, for SEA(eventhough my Account belongs to US battlenet), we are automatically charged in SGD. The purchase actually displays it in SGD (90). If you don't want to pay over 60 USD, then there are 3rd party options like gamersloot.net. They will send you they key on 15th, but not the box, mind you. I have used their service in the past.
