DealinGames Posted January 8, 2015 Report Share Posted January 8, 2015 hi guys, i really need big time help. as you all know i am upcoming with gaming lounge in india with console only xbox360 and xbox one and usually i used to get 3 years warranty as older policy of xbox says they have undefined warranty.This was happening good till last year. But recently from Diwali they changed there policy no as per there policy you get only 1 year warranty and after that they cant help you with anything. so they suggesing you buy new one.Not even like 50% difference like Ps3 takes Now i am in big time confusion as i have read earlier comments Getting ps3 replaced in Kolkatta can take more then 45 days (Animesh comment)so if that thing happening what the point secondly ps3 remotes gets faulty very fast as compared to xbox360 so far xbox360 remotes can be repaired but playstation 3 remotes has lesser chances to repair So what good xbox is now if after 1 year it gone kaput and i have to buy new one again.
